1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.kmcinstrument.com or engaging KMC Instrument for calibration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

KMC Instrument provides instrument calibration and related services including but not limited to pressure, thermal, mechanical, electro-technical, mass and balance, and hydro-test calibration. All calibration services are performed in accordance with relevant national and international standards.

3. Service Orders and Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• A confirmed purchase order or written acceptance is required before commencement of service.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice for new orders.

4. Calibration Certificates

• Certificates are issued only after full payment is received, unless a credit arrangement is in place.
• NABL-accredited certificates are issued within the scope of our accreditation. Non-NABL certificates are also available upon request.
• Certificates relate solely to the condition of the instrument at the time of calibration.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Instruments submitted for calibration must be clean, safe to handle, and free from hazardous materials.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate instrument details and any special handling requirements.
• KMC Instrument is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing faults or misuse of instruments.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days from receipt of instruments. Expedited service may be available for an additional charge. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on instrument condition and workload.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• KMC Instrument reserves the right to withhold certificates pending full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

KMC Instrument's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Our calibration services do not constitute a guarantee of future instrument performance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and calibration documentation is the intellectual property of KMC Instrument. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

11. Amendments

KMC Instrument reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
